Fair Work Award for Hogganfield

Hogganfield Care was awarded with the Fair Work Award (51 employees or over) at The Glasgow Business Awards 2018. Working in partnership with Glasgow City Council Hogganfield took an active part in the In Work Progression Pilot scheme where specialist training was sourced and funded by Glasgow City Council.

Council Subsidised Fees

From the 11th of April to the 30th September the following weekly rates have been agreed by the council for those residents they fund. These rates are highly discounted over our normal room rates for private clients.

Japanese Health Care Deligation

Hogganfield Loch was visited by a Japanese delegation of Healthcare Professionals. This was a study tour organised by Human Health Care System Japan who are interested in the different approaches to Health Care around the world. We were pleased to host the delegation and show them around Hogganfield Loch and explain the approach to elder care which is taken in Scotland.

National Care Home Open Day 2015

Hogganfield Loch is participating in the Nation Care Home Open Day on the 19th June 2015. Everyone is welcome to come to the care home and spend time meeting our residents and staff. There will be lots of activities planned for the day and it is all free!

Hogganfield Inspection Report - February 2015

Good Grades for Hogganfield

Hogganfield Loch has recently been inspected by the Care Inspectorate and has been awarded "Good" grades across all themes. Within two of those themes, Care & Support and Environment elements were graded "Very Good".

We would like commend all the staff members for their hard work and dedication to the residents of Hogganfield Loch.
